Welcome to the Official Dickinson Square Park Farmers' Market Cookbook.  Each of these recipes will incorporate, in one way or another, produce that's commonly found at the DSP Farmers' Market, from our good friends at Two Gander Farm, Darmo Family Farms, and Down Home Acres. All are subject to seasonability.  Since the Farmers' Market focuses primarily on vegetables, most of these recipes will be vegetable-centric.  All have been field tested in a home kitchen, and the level of difficulty is often very low.
